Bad Beat Test – Part 2: view raw results & export to spreadsheet
Here we’ll take a look at the second video in the short series by Online Poker Watchdog. To view the series from the start click here. In this video we see the raw results that are output when you run the bad beat test in Poker Tracker. We also see these raw results being exported to an excel spread sheet where they can be used to produce meaningful results:

In the next post we’ll view Part 3 of the series.

Thanks for posting your post-flop hand history details Raph.
I recommend you go to Online Poker Watchdog and download their (free) ‘flop all-in, bad beat test, cash hand report’ (http://www.ispokerrigged.com/downloads.html). Then import into poker tracker and run the report.
You can then analyse the hands in a similar way to the pre-flop analysis as shown in these videos. You can also follow the method on this page (http://www.ispokerrigged.com/flop-all-in_method.html).
This will then give you a definite answer as to whether there is a significant bias in your hand histories. To see how to interpret the results see: http://www.ispokerrigged.com/flop-all-in_full-results.html
Edit – sorry I remember now that you are on i-poker (our flop all-in report doesn’t work with them due to hand history issues). In the near future we plan to produce an i-poker test for download – keep an eye out for it.
Me again… I think I may have confused “Win %” with “W$SD”.
Btw, all my hands were played on No-Limit Holdem cash tables (mostly 6-max). Regards.
Hey, thanks for the reply. I did run some reports. The preflop stats, seem fine… its later streets that seem a BIT fishy, and big stacks are seem to be pitted against each other frequently after having one a big hand on on a different table. I’m probably wrong about this, but would really like to see your analysis when its complete. PokerTable Ratings has BILLIONS of hands… I would have assumed they would have blown the whistle on a scam this big (if it really was one) – so I am probably wrong about all this.
As for my personal stats… Is it normal for trips to only win 34% of the time? PokerStove would suggest otherwise. Here is a PokerTracker export (will look more clear if you paste it into notepad):

Hi Raph,
Thanks for posting and for the offer of using your hand histories for testing. I believe that Online Poker Watchdog have a large sample of iPoker hand histories (over 1 million) that they plan on running complete tests on in the near future so I don’t think that they would need your hand histories. There have been some difficulties running the post flop tests with iPoker but once these are ironed out you can expect to see some results published.
Have you run through the pre-flop tests with your hand histories? If so it would be great if you could post the results here – especially if they seem unusual.
I forgot to mention that I am referring to Titan Poker (on the iPoker Network).
Hi, I have a relatively small sample size of hands from iPoker (just over 22,000 hands), and am wondering if you folks would like to have a look at it for analysis purposes? The figures seem odd to me, but more importantly they are giving me a difficult time withdrawing funds so I guess that is the bigger concern. Anyway, let me know if you are interested. Regards.
